Mr. Songwan Mongkol Sriphanlet has 25 years of experience in the agricultural sector. He has been living his life according to the philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy for 25 years and has been a role model for others for 21 years. In 1997, he resigned from a chemical company and decided to return to his hometown in Krabi Province to work as a farmer. He thought about the teachings of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, who taught him to think about food before thinking about money. He therefore began to study, research, learn, and practice until he crystallized his thoughts, controlled by knowledge, based on truth, and governed by the word “enough.” In 2001, he established the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center at Ban Khao Klom. In 2008, he joined the Village Wisdom Network Center project of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. He transferred knowledge on agriculture based on the philosophy of the Sufficiency Economy, totaling 24 bodies of knowledge. However, due to changes in society, the knowledge was reduced to 21 bodies of knowledge, such as growing high-society vegetables. Raising ducks, raising chickens, raising cows, goats, sheep, mixed crops on 1 rai, not difficult, not poor, raising fish, three-sided ponds, producing animal feed with banana leaves/palm leaves, making banana shoot microorganisms, making biogas from animal waste. Mr. Songwan is a person who is dedicated to creating careers for farmers to be self-reliant. He believes in setting an example, is determined to be a good example for new farmers, develops and transfers agricultural knowledge that is appropriate for the conditions of the community's area.

Mr. Songwan Mongkolsiphanlert is a person who has moderation in life, uses reason and morality in making decisions, has immunity when encountering obstacles and applies his knowledge to solve those problems, and provides advice and assistance to farmers who are facing problems in life, both in terms of agriculture and society, and to live sustainably with nature and the environment. He has also applied his knowledge and experience from study visits to various learning centers to improve and develop the work of farmer groups in the area and network groups, including the knowledge of the Baan Khao Klom Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, in order to create the greatest benefit to society. He has also helped farmers and those interested in farming by sharing his knowledge through the learning center without expecting anything in return. Mr. Songwan is a speaker in sharing knowledge to farmers and interested individuals both domestically and internationally, and has been invited as a speaker to give lectures to government agencies, local administrative organizations, state enterprises, educational institutions, banks, farmer groups, community enterprise groups, and village and community funds. Farmers can apply the knowledge they have gained to their own areas, enabling farmers in the area who have debts and no income to be able to pay off their debts and have income for their households by applying their knowledge in their areas, with the idea of ​​finding agricultural methods to create a complete cycle of work and to make the most of local resources and the area. By focusing on mixed farming, dedicating personal time to study knowledge and transferring knowledge to farmers, as well as passing on existing knowledge to new generation farmers to conserve and further develop agricultural knowledge that is appropriate for the community's area. In addition, Mr. Songwan was the initiator of the goat bank, which was later registered as a juristic person under the name Nong Thale Subdistrict Livestock Farmers Group. He was also appointed as the Chairman of the Network of Learning Resources for Sufficient Economy Animal Husbandry, Krabi Provincial Livestock Office, Chairman of the Network of Learning Resources for Sufficient Economy Animal Husbandry, Krabi Provincial Livestock Office, Vice Chairman of the Subcommittee of the Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Fund, Krabi Provincial Poverty Eradication Committee, ISOC Krabi Province, Chairman of the Sufficient Economy Learning Center, Ban Khao Klom, Advisor to the Sufficient Economy Learning Center in 5 Southern Border Provinces, and Advisor to the IBQ Sufficient Economy Learning Center of Penang State, Malaysia.

Within the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, Ban Khao Klom, they can be a model for living according to the sufficiency economy philosophy. They disseminate knowledge to apply in life and career from the success of farming according to the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in their own area, so they are known and accepted in Krabi Province, other provinces, both domestically and internationally. Since 2001 - present, more than 4,200 groups or 320,000 people have come to learn / study at the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, Ban Khao Klom. There are also groups within the community and networks between communities, both in Krabi Province and other provinces. In 2019, they were invited to be a lecturer for farmers at the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, IBQ Learning Center in Penang, Malaysia. They have also been disseminated through various media, such as printed media, articles, television, radio, research, exhibitions, websites, and various online media.
